- UK-based Early Career and Mid-Career Researchers can apply for grants to attend the Arctic Circle Assembly 2025 (16-18 October, Iceland) and Greenland Science Week Conference (12-13 November). Up to £1500 is available for travel to Iceland, and £2000 for travel to Greenland. The deadline for applications is 1600 UK time on Friday 1 August 2025. - The UK Arctic Science Conference 2025 will be held at Northumbria University, Newcastle from 9-11 September. Costs are £43.50 for employed staff, and it is free for current students (including conference dinner). The conference includes a small number of keynotes, panel discussions, sandpit activities and poster sessions in a relaxed setting. Register by 31 August 2025.
