Director delivers inaugural Canadian Studies Annual Lecture at the University of Nottingham

Dr Annis May Timpson delivered the inaugural Canadian Studies Annual Lecture in the Department of American and Canadian Studies at the University of Nottingham.

Her lecture, entitled "Indigenous Ideas and Innovations in the Canadian North," examined how Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit - that which is long known by Inuit - has shaped the design of political institutions, government operations, and cultural policy in Nunavut.
